So im in the middle of my advance shred cycle and have currently been doing these doses as follows Morning 7am .5-s4 .5-gw 1-mk
Evening 30min prior to workout. 6pm .5 s4 .5 gw
Does anyone have any experience with this style of dosing or opinions?
I ask because during the first half of the cycle I was working out in the morning and now schedule has changed to evenings.

all of them have long half lives so doesn't matter when you take them:) just make sure to take everyday to your rat
